BEETROOT HUMMUS DIP RECIPE

We love dipping our Hunter’s Gourmet Hand Cooked Potato Chips Sea Salt in Beetroot Hummus.

Beetroot Hummus Dip Recipe

Have you ever tried this savory recipe?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 medium cooked beetroots cut into quarters
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Zest and juice from 1 medium lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method:

  • Add the beetroots, chickpeas, and garlic into a food processor and ground to a smooth paste.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
  • Now add salt, olive oil and lemon juice as needed.
  • For serving add fresh basil or parsley on top.

Your healthy beetroot hummus dip is ready.

Dip in some Hand Cooked Potato Chips or any of your favorite chips for a great savory crunch! Simple and tasty!
