BEETROOT HUMMUS DIP RECIPE

We love dipping our Hunter’s Gourmet Hand Cooked Potato Chips Sea Salt in Beetroot Hummus.

Have you ever tried this savoury recipe?

Ingredients:

Place the beetroots, chickpeas, and garlic into a food processor and mix until ground. Add all the remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
Adjust the seasonings, adding more salt, olive oil, or lemon juice if needed.
For serving add fresh basil or parsley on top.

Dip in our Hand Cooked Potato Chips for a great savoury crunch!
